Dentist
Dr. Payal Shroff
Dr. Payal Shroff has been serving the Chattahoochee-Valley area since 2009. She has expanded her practice to Dr. Harman’s location to better serve her patients in the West Point, Valley, Lanett, La Grange and surrounding areas. She believes in providing quality dental work at an affordable price.
Dr. Shroff obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA is one of the premier dental schools in the country)
She then trained for another year at the General Practice Residency at Loyola University, Chicago. Here she specialized in how to work with geriatric patients and medically compromised patients.
Knowing that the future of dentistry is Implant Dentistry, she then trained for yet another year at the Implant focussed Residency at Albert Einstein University, New York. After this she received her Fellowship in Implantology (ICOI).
Working with children has been especially rewarding for Dr. Shroff.
Dr. Shroff’s dedication and skill in dentistry have earned her three prestigious distinctions.
She was the Recipient of a fellowship in Implantology by the ICOI
She was Chief resident at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago
Chief resident again at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York
In addition to excelling academically, Dr. Shroff continues to show her devotion and commitment in bringing the best care to her patients in her practice. Her friendly and gentle style has won the hearts of many adult and child patients. As a mother of three beautiful kids, Dr. Shroff brings a special touch to her work with children.
Dr. Shroff continues to take post-graduate courses to keep one step ahead of the latest developments in dentistry.

Office Manager
Julie Rozell
Julie has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. Four of those years have been at WestPointSmiles as the practice Manager. She also works in the front office and does her best to make patients feel welcome and assist them with appointment and insurance questions.
Julie lives in Shiloh, GA with her husband Neil. She has 2 grown children Kayla and Kasler. She enjoys spending time with her family, working in the yard and fishing.
Julie is looking forward to welcoming you to the practice.
Front Desk Personnel
Ashley Favors
Ashley, will be the first one to greet you when you come into our office. Her compassionate nature, calm demeanor brings patient at ease. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Devon. They have 2 beautiful children London and Amila. When not at work she enjoys spending time her family, traveling and baking!
She has been a great addition to our team!
Dental Hygienist
Jessica Walls
Jessica enjoys working in her hometown and has been a member of our team since 2016. She is a 2015 graduate of Columbus Technical College where she earned an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene. Jessica’s goal is for her patients to feel comfortable and have a positive dental experience while learning about oral health and proper dental care. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and loving on her fur baby, Belle. She and her husband, Ryan, are active members at Reeds Chapel Baptist Church where Jessica sings on the worship team.
Dental Assistant
Jane Ingram
Jane Ingram has worked with this dental practice for 47 years as a dental assistant.
She is a dedicated dental assistant who takes pride and enjoys working with the professional staff while providing skilled care for patients.
Jane has lived in the Valley area all her life. She has raised 2 children who both are products of Lanett High School and Auburn University. She is also a proud grandmother of three.
Jane is a skilled assistant, she is wonderful and reducing the stress associated with dental procedures. She will always take the time to talk to you and put you at ease.
